Polar Watch Band Size Guide: Which Bands Fit Your Polar?
Most Polar watches take standard quick release bands: 22mm for Vantage, Grit X and Street X models, and 20mm for Ignite, Pacer and Unite. A few need Polar's adapter or their own band. Find your model below.
This guide shows which bands connect to your watch. It is not about wrist size: each band's wrist-size range is on its product page.

Not compatible with standard bands: Vantage V (original), M430, M600, A370 and Polar Loop, which use Polar's own model-specific bands.
Frequently asked questions
What size band does the Polar Grit X2 Pro take?
22mm, the same as every Grit X model.
What size band does the Polar Ignite 3 take?
20mm, the same as the Ignite, Ignite 2, Unite and Pacer.
Does the Polar Pacer Pro take standard bands?
Yes, with Polar's wristband adapter, which lets it take 20mm quick release bands. The regular Pacer takes them without an adapter.
Does the Polar Vantage V2 take standard bands?
Yes, with Polar's SHIFT adapter, which lets it take 22mm quick release bands.
