Samsung Galaxy Watch Band Size Guide: Which Bands Fit Your Galaxy Watch?

Samsung Galaxy Watches use three band systems. The Watch8, Watch8 Classic and Watch9 have their own connector, the Ultra models have another, and every earlier Galaxy Watch takes standard 20mm or 22mm quick release bands. Find your watch below.

This guide shows which bands connect to your watch. It is not about wrist size: each band's wrist-size range is on its product page.

Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic and Watch9

These use Samsung's newer band connector. Standard 20mm quick release bands and bands from earlier Galaxy Watches won't fit them, and neither will Ultra bands. Bands made for any of the three fit all three.

Galaxy Watch Ultra and Ultra2

Ultra bands fit every Galaxy Watch Ultra, including the 2025 edition and the Ultra2. They don't fit the Watch8 or Watch9, and Watch8 and Watch9 bands don't fit the Ultra.

Galaxy Watch7 and earlier: 20mm or 22mm

Every Galaxy Watch from the 2018 Galaxy Watch through the Watch7 and Watch FE takes standard quick release bands, so any 20mm or 22mm quick release band fits, whatever the brand. Most take 20mm. Only the 45mm Watch3, the 46mm 2018 Galaxy Watch and the Gear S3 and Gear 2 models take 22mm.
