Watch Band Size Guide: What mm Band Does My Watch Use?
Watch bands are sold by lug width, the gap in millimetres between the two points where the band attaches to the case. Find your watch below to get the number you need.
How to measure it yourself: take the current band off and measure the gap between the lugs with a ruler. Measure the gap, not the band, because bands are usually cut a fraction narrower than the space they sit in. That single mistake causes most wrong-size orders.
Some brands do not use lug widths at all. Apple, Fitbit, Google Pixel Watch, Garmin QuickFit and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series use their own connectors, so you shop by model name instead.

Apple Watch
Apple Watch bands come in two connector sizes. Choose based on your case size and series, not your wrist size.
Smaller band option: 38mm, 40mm and 41mm cases, plus a 42mm Apple Watch Series 10, 11 or 12.
Larger band option: 44mm, 45mm, 46mm and 49mm cases, plus a 42mm Apple Watch Series 3 or earlier. All 49mm Apple Watch Ultra models use the larger option.
Important: not all 42mm Apple Watches use the same connector. Series 10 to 12 uses the smaller option; Series 3 and earlier uses the larger one.
Cases, and bands with a case included, must match your watch's specific model and case size. Follow the individual product's size options rather than the general guide above.
Your case size is engraved on the back of the watch, and listed in Settings, General, About.
Samsung Galaxy Watch
Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic and Watch 9 use Samsung's Dynamic Lug connector. They are not compatible with standard 20mm or 22mm quick-release bands, or with bands from any earlier Galaxy Watch. Order bands listed specifically for these models.
Galaxy Watch Ultra bands are universal across Ultra models, but are wider than Watch 8 bands, so the two are not interchangeable.
20mm bands fit: Galaxy Watch 7 (40mm and 44mm), Galaxy Watch FE (40mm), Galaxy Watch 6 (40mm and 44mm), Galaxy Watch 6 Classic (43mm and 47mm), Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (45mm), Galaxy Watch 5 (40mm and 44mm), Galaxy Watch 4 (40mm and 44mm), Galaxy Watch 4 Classic (42mm and 46mm), Galaxy Watch 3 (41mm), Galaxy Watch Active 2 (40mm and 44mm), Galaxy Watch Active (40mm), Galaxy Watch (42mm).

24mm bands: TicWatch Pro 5, Pro 5 Enduro, Atlas.
22mm bands: TicWatch Pro, Pro 2020, Pro 3 GPS, Pro 3 LTE, Pro 3 Ultra GPS, Pro 3 Ultra LTE, Pro 4G/LTE, Pro S, S2, E2, GTH 2, GTX.
20mm bands: TicWatch GTH, GTH Pro, E, E3, C2 and C2+ in Onyx and Platinum.
Note that "Pro" does not mean one size: the Pro 3 range takes 22mm while the Pro 5 takes 24mm.
Suunto
20mm bands: Suunto 3, Suunto 3 Fitness.
22mm bands: Suunto 5 Peak, 9 Peak, 9 Peak Pro, Race, Race S, Race 2, Run, Vertical, Vertical 2, Ocean, Core 2, Elementum Ventus, Elementum Terra, Elementum Aqua.
24mm bands: Suunto 7, Suunto 9, 9 Baro, D5, Spartan Sport, Spartan Sport Wrist HR, Spartan Sport Wrist HR Baro, Spartan Suomi 100 Limited Edition.
Note that the number in the name is not the size: the Suunto 9 takes 24mm while the 9 Peak takes 22mm.
Brands that use their own connectors
These do not use lug widths, so shop by model name rather than by millimetres.
Fitbit: each product line has its own fitting. Charge 5 and Charge 6 share a band; Charge 3 and Charge 4 share a different one. Inspire 1, 2 and HR share a fitting, and the Inspire 3 does not. Versa 3, Versa 4, Sense and Sense 2 share one, while Versa, Versa Lite and Versa 2 share another. Luxe is on its own.
Google Pixel Watch: a twist-and-lock connector. Bands are sold in 41mm and 45mm. The 41mm size covers the original Pixel Watch, Pixel Watch 2, and the 41mm Pixel Watch 3 and 4. The 45mm size covers the larger Pixel Watch 3 and 4.
Garmin QuickFit: used on larger outdoor models. QuickFit bands are still sized 20mm, 22mm or 26mm, but they are not interchangeable with Quick Release spring-bar bands.
