The delivery person left the very small package in my driveway, and I almost ran over it with my car when I got home. I tried both bands, and neither one work 😠 😡

We had a problem with the first strap as it wouldn't clip into the watch. We emailed straight away and got a response quickly. The second strap was successful and Steve kept in touch at all times. Very happy with the service and the way it was managed
